"Nice property. Enjoyed the pool and really enjoyed swimming and kayaking around chalk sound. Water is so nice."
"Overall this property was great. We enjoyed the pool and the water toys. The kitchen could use more cooking supplies like mixing bowls and serving bowls. The grill was out of gas and we didn’t have a grill set to cook with so keep that in mind if you plan on a BBQ. Master suite upstairs is bright in the morning, maybe they will add blinds under the curtains in the near future. This is a great location with walking distance to a fabulous restaurant La Brista( I think). Very clean house and beautiful outdoor sitting area to eat near the water. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation:) "
"This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future. "
"We had three families - plenty of space for everyone to be together, and also spread out when they wanted to. Verona and Joel were super responsive, both leading up to our stay and during. Loved having the fitness area/nordic spa right on property. Views are amazing as well! House was well stocked and really had everything we needed! "
"Property was located right on the chalk sound. Our room had was clean and private. The property had plenty of chairs and a dock with kayaks to use. We took a couple trips around the islands in the sound. The view from our room was spectacular and never got old. Definitely need to rent a car to navigate the island. This property was just down the road from 2 of the best beaches sopadilla and Taylor bay. Restaurants and food on the south of the island wasn’t as good as some of the northern areas but it was a pretty quick drive up to those places. I would absolutely go back and stay here. "

"This place was amazing. The private beach and private pool made our vacation!The cottage is so cute and comfortable!There were so many extra helpful items- from paddle boards, to beach toys, floaters and a fully stocked kitchen to use.The screened in porch was amazing to sit out and eat meals!Overall was amazing for our family and we are so glad we found this place! Would highly recommend!"
