"The place was great, just what we were hoping for. Coffee machines were awesome. Proximity to Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay were great. Small beach at bottom of stairs is great for little kids. Paddleboarding is good on the creek, just make sure you catch it not at low tide or you’ll be walking!"

The property is perfect for families or groups traveling together—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made sharing the home with another family so easy.The location couldn’t be better—just 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to Sapodilla Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The views of Chalk Sound are absolutely breathtaking, and the property offers two pools, kayaks, and plenty of pool toys for the kids. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen stocked with all the essentials, plus tons of towels and utensils.The décor is a bit dated, but the house was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive from start to finish.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home with million-dollar views in Turks and Caicos, look no further.
