"The property’s gardens are spectacular, and the history of the original house is really special. That said, the room I stayed in felt a bit outdated, and we were without power for a full day during our stay. There’s a lot of potential here to make the hotel truly shine and better highlight the original concept and character of the property."

"El lugar es divino como siempre. La pasamos muy bien es ideal para relajarse y descansar pero necesitan mejorar su servicio al cliente. Quitaron los carritos de golf lo que hizo que subiéramos a pie en la noche hasta la recepción. El personal del spa y restaurante espectacular pero la recepción no, nos dieron una cita para 12:30 en el spa y pedimos el late check out. Nos dijeron que solo podía ser hasta la 1 cuando el hotel claramente no tenia mucha ocupación. Pedimos servicio de bell boy y tardo tanto que tuvimos que sacar nuestras maletas para llegar a tiempo a nuestra cita en el spa. "
