"We had a fantastic time here. Andy was super communicative and the house was really well stocked for our getaway. The property was fantastic for our dogs to run around and play while we hung out by the river. We cannot say enough good things about Andy and his property. "The cabin was perfect for our girls weekend! I totally missed the fact that there is no wifi, but we were there to relax and disconnect from our everyday lives anyway. Watching sunsets over the river was beautiful, and the fact it was chilly enough for our swimsuits to freeze in between dips in the hot tub was HILARIOUS! The only thing we might suggest is having a map of trails that it is okay for us to walk on near the cabin, since we walked the road, but there were a lot of no trespassing signs on either side. I figured since the area had horseback and atv activities there would be more well-marked trails close by."

"We had an absolute wonderful time! It was so relaxing and the descriptions were spot on. After reading the reviews, we brought our foam mattress cover for the bed and it made a big difference. The public fishing spot near the cabin is also a boat launch spot so we had some traffic while fishing but we still caught some fish! Rivers Edge is also on the corner lot so we felt it was very private and highly recommend! The hot tub was also a perfect touch. 10/10 vacation! Thanks Tony! "
