"Designer Retreat is adorable - well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The house was very clean, beds and bedding, seating areas, both inside and out were comfortable and adequate. Communication with the host was accurate and timely. Perfect little home away from home!"

"We LOVED our stay!! We did a weekend trip to Front Royal area. The property is beautiful and pristine. It was so thoughtfully designed. It was way better equipped (tin foil, saran wrap, knives, spices, towels, yoga mats, etc) than typical rental homes. We LOVED sitting on the porch and drinking coffee in the morning overlooking the beautiful mountains. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and sauna! Having the EV charging was a major plus. I ended up accidentally leaving some items in the house and the host was very responsive when I reached out about retrieving them. My group loved the house so much that we talked about doing an annual trip to the area to stay in that home!"

"Our stay at Cliffside Cabin was simply wonderful! We spent hours just sitting on the back porch rockers overlooking the river with our dogs. The cabin is spotless, the beds super comfortable, The cabin has plenty of hot water, a kitchen full of amenities, and lots of books, games, and puzzles so you can turn off your electronics and just enjoy living. If you do want to get online, the wifi signal is strong and you can watch movies and shows on the big tv. The view from the back bedroom is spectacular to wake up to. Sitting on the back porch we were visited by hummingbirds and butterflies, and a bald eagle made an appearance. We didn't use the fireplace in the cabin or the one in the front yard, but look forward to going back when the weather is colder. For a warm day, the cabin was kept nice and cool the central air. John, the owner, is super helpful and responsive. Front Royal is a beautiful little town. We had burgers at Spelunkers, which we highly recommend, and saw lots of lovey shops and restaurants that we look forward to trying out next time. If you want to get away from your hectic everyday life, this is the perfect place to go!"

"Great property and hosts. My friend and I stayed here on our annual canoe fishing trip on the Shenandoah River and were very pleased with the house. It was very clean and was very well laid out for our needs. The host, Andy, very responsive and friendly. The fishing above and below the house is very good and it was easy enough to fish by canoe up and down river about a quarter mile or so. A great overall experience. We will be back for sure! Blake"
