"Spacious room with couch, kitchen, most of things for a long stay. About 3 km away from the center. Staffs are not always at the front desk, dunno how/where to find them when needed as there's no bell on desk. The other problem is perhaps due to covid19, the room is not in the condition it should be for guest. I got room 101 on ground floor, it is not as clean as i expected, things look old; the toilet ventilation is mostly broken and created much noise when turned on. In general, it's...

"All the things you need in a great hotel stay, great views, right across from the beach, good breakfast buffet, comfy bed and pillows, good wifi and air conditioning. Stayed for 9 nights, loved it, unfortunate about the construction across the road with a new Nobu restaurant and apartment complex being built. The staff asked about the noise and it didn’t bother me enough to move rooms when offered so… Thankyou to all the staff!"

"We stayed at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River for one night, and the highlight of our stay was watching the fireworks from the rooftop Sky36 bar. We’re from Vancouver, so experiencing something like that was incredibly special and honestly one of the coolest parts of our trip. Staying at the hotel made it so convenient to enjoy the show without having to deal with the crowds. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. Our shower curtain was noticeably dirty, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were extremely kind and quick to offer a solution. We ultimately decided not to pursue it since we were only staying one night, but we really appreciated how seriously they took our concern and their willingness to make things right. As a larger hotel, don’t expect the same personalized hospitality you might find at some of Vietnam’s boutique hotels, but the staff were still friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the rooftop fireworks experience alone made our stay memorable, and the hotel’s location and convenience were major advantages."

"We used this as our base in central Vietnam. Lovely hotel that’s a short walking distance to My Khe beach (2-3 min) without the beachfront prices. There are many restaurants supermarkets etc nearby. Staff were always super friendly and helpful even loaning me a watch charger. Overall excellent value and would definitely stay again."
