Although the hotel is on a rather busy street did not hear any traffic from the room (facing the road). The historic center of town is just across the street and very easy to reach and enjoy. "UNSAFE FOR FEMALES! The room door is missing the chain and/or bolt lock, and the deadbolt panel was crooked so the deadbolt didn’t work. There is no peephole either, so when a man started pounding on my door at night, I was concerned. The front desk staff came up and didn’t see him. I asked them to review the cameras- NO CAMERAS! I would advise against this property. "
