"Run away from this property. Amenities were extremely limited, service was at times very rude, rooms were minimally equipped especially bathrooms, beds were uncomfortable, lighting was poor, noise from outside was loud, supples were empty, etc. all in all an extremely bad expedience. Highly recommend picking another hotel. "

"The place is fine and the location is a good location, but we have a problem with the lights in the room that keep on going off during our stay when we were up and yet they keep on turning it on multiple times during the night when we were asleep therefore we had a bad bad stay we couldn’t sleep well we felt like in the morning we have been up and I think that is definitely not acceptable. I notify the front desk about it and they just say will notify management which in the sense didn’t help us at all because having the worst night unable to get some rest is not what we wanted to have in our trip."

"Breakfast was very poor value for money @ CHF26. Plenty of items available but the ‘hot’ food was lukewarm at best. Expected better for approx £25…but that’s Switzerland pricing, I suppose"

"Very good hôtel well locate near the train station and city. Very good breakfast, staff are very nice at the reception and at the breakfast room. The cleaning could of been better in the room, the carpet was not well clean with the vaccum and we left one day 2 dirty glasses and when we were back at night they were not change! have never been clean"
