"Super clean hotel. . Staff were helpful. . But the logistics of the dining room bar and elevators is a tight space.. . It got even tighter once a bus tour came for the night.! ! Two small elevators and for everybody’s luggage. . It was super tight.. . If the hotel is dealing with bus tours, they need to increase their staff and not to ignore the regular non tour people. They were overwhelmed when we were trying to pay our bill and leave.! ! The facility has great potential! ! Needs to iron their kinks"

"Large modern smart clean room with a large bathroom. Mostly quiet with very little noise from outside. Welcoming, helpful staff. Good pool. Pleasant bar area with reasonably priced drinks. Slightly out of the centre but only a short walk to all the sights and transport options. Many of the champagne houses also walkable. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that."

"Perfect hotel for stop over on route back to uk with family and dog, just off the motorway but close enough to pop into Reims centre in evening. Stayed in deluxe suite which fitted us all . Room was spacious, very clean and had comfortable beds. Lots of choice at breakfast although the hotel was very busy and 9am was peak time so it was a little chaotic. The bar in the hotel is a great for a nightcap but there is no restaurant servicing food so you have to go out. There are restaurants close by or a short journey into the city. Would stay here again"

"The bed was comfy and the room was clean. It is in a great location, located on one of the main streets in Riems, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Being on one of the main tourist streets, it was noisy all night, (Riems is a buzzing city with plenty of partying students!😂), with revellers still going at 3am, followed by the street cleaning lorries at 5am. If you are looking for a relatively cheap city hotel in a great location, then this could be the place for you …… However, it is pretty basic and you probably wouldn’t want to spend your honeymoon there."
