Little lake house/ Fish cabin get away

Our little house is a work in progress but still a great getaway. Great home-base for hitting lake Palestine, visiting friends and family, or just a quick get away! Private community boat ramp and pier at lake 600 feet down street from cabin. Plenty of parking. Nice community pool with small playground adjacent. Pool closed on Mondays. Pool open Memorial day to Labor day..
Wooded back yard with fire pit. Back yard is fenced. Pets allowed.
I Sleeps 4. One large bedroom with King size SLEEP Number Bed!
Futon makes full size bed.
Full kitchen including blender for smoothies or your bullet proof coffee. Coffee pot of course.. Also has crock pots,
Inside electric grill, air fryer and waffle maker. Outside charcoal BBQ grill.
Decks outside of bedroom and in back. Hardwired internet and wifi. Please smoke outside to respect others. Come get away and enjoy Lake Palestine in Chandler Tx.

Cute little lake cabin

We enjoyed our little getaway with our pups. Loved the fenced in yard for them! Area was a little rough, but I'd stay again. They had firewood there for us to use which was so nice and convenient.

Get away comfort

We have lived in both AK and TX and used to staying in cabins and this cabin met our expectations, very homey and comfortable. Our dog loved romping around in the yard. We understand that this is a cabin/fishing get away; however, the cabin needs a good cleaning. I spent some of my time wiping down the kitchen counters and items sitting on the counter as well as the seating in the kitchen.

Family trip

This place was a perfect fit for our quick Thanksgiving weekend visit to the Tyler area. We were able to host our daughter and her friends for Thanksgiving lunch and have our dog along on the trip. The fenced back yard was great!

Cute cabin getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfasts and heating other meals. My husband also used the charcoal grill for delicious hamburgers.

Cozy country cabinesque just like home

Mimosa cabin house where rustic meets comfort with easy access of a few minutes walk down the path for our family to do kayaking & fishing by the lake-getaway home with ALL the trimmings of being at home inside and out and easy BBQ grilling in the backyard, great fenced up area for our Labrador baby dog, kids and entire family had a blast playing board games, stargazing, and counting beautiful birds in nature-scape yard over this holiday, so we will definitely come back again!

Nice quiet cabin

Ivy was amazing with directions, made sure to check in, has phone numbers to contact if needed, the cabin was so cute, we stayed for a softball tournament and the kids LOVED it, nice outside set up and it’s right off the lake, we will definitely be booking again for our summer tournament!

Texas High School Bass Association State Championship

This was our second stay at this property. We were at the house back-to-back weekends to prepare for my son's bass fishing tournament and then compete in the 2 day event on 5/18 and 5/19. The house was perfect for our needs as the private neighborhood boat ramp allowed us to launch near our primary fishing location.

Pretending it's Nana's house

My grandkids live on the lake as few miles south of this cabin. We spend days with them, but it is fun to bring them here, make cookies, dinner, relax with them, let them play assorted games.. just have a change of scenery. Much better for us than staying in a hotel room in town.

Inside the house is ok. Outside all the neighbors were plugged into the house taking the electric and there was trash all around the drive way. Including a camper and broke down Cars.

Lake Palestine Fishing Trip

My son and I spent three days on Lake Palestine pre-fishing for the Texas High School Bass Association state tournament. The house was perfect for our needs. We were able to back a 21' boat and trailer plus truck right next to the front porch for battery charging and gear prep/organization. We also had access to 3 private boat ramps in the neighborhood which saved us money and travel time. We are scheduled to stay again the following weekend for the tournament and are looking forward to our stay.

Family fishing getaway

Great cozy family fishing getaway spot. Loved having our fur babies and family all together. The only drawback was the community boat ramp is not functional as it hasn't been kept up with. But other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our quick family getaway. Easy access to convenience stores and larger towns with shopping available.

Place was better than the surrounding area. Check in was easy enough. There were fleas inside and the odor of cat urine was prevalent.

Great for a few days

Used the property primarily for sleeping. Word of Caution: Some of the carpet edges are curled upward and cause a tripping hazard. Be very careful. The house was very clean and had everything you would need for a long stay, dishes, silverware, etc..

Nice quiet house by the lake

Nice little cabin close by the lake. Quiet and well-equipped. (All kitchen supply, ice making refrigerator, dishwasher...even washer and dryer)Nice nature sounds around the the backyard. Large porch and fireplace to enjoy. Inside well separated areas and door exit to the porch too. Everything as listed. Host is nice.

Quiet but not in the inside

nice home, if you are looking for quiet area and love fishing is great place, not for big families two private areas only, inside is nice took me a whole 3 days to read all the signs on the walls but some are funny. Neighborhood is not well kept so if you don't mind that is a great place for the price. Overall i love it. Went to the water park, and kayak at the lake, plenty things to do there. Owner is a very nice person .
