"Excellent location next to subway station, very convenient. Room is a bit small, but it’s comfortable, clean and bright, with no smell. I also stayed at Westin hotel nearby, which is terrible due to the smoke smell in the room and mould in the ceiling."

The spa and gym are attached but not a hotel gym. It’s a Beijing gym and is world class. On 4th AND 5th floor of hotel. Great to relax after walking the city! "

"The staff was exceptional, from those in the breakfast cafeteria to the concierge staff and front desk. I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. I also wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Ritz-Carlton."
