"The worst customer service staff including the manager who banged at my door after the night shift said I can have a late check out. I arrived at 250p and the gal, Emile, said I had to wait 10 mins before I could check in. This hotel is under construction and shouldn’t even be open said from the bad customer serve. The Door handle to my door was flopping, basically not working correctly. I arrived at midnight back to hotel and the doors on the side of building were completely wide opened for anyone to come in! never have I been to a hotel with all around issues including that the tv wouldn’t work, like ot had no internet or something. I should have completely paid the extra 20 to stay at the holiday inn!"

"When we were greeted with margaritas, I knew I booked the right hotel! Right off of 6th street in the midst of everything going on. We enjoyed the diner connected to the hotel which had really good food. Valet and front desk staff were all 10/10. The only thing I didn't like in the room is the mini cooler didn't get cool enough to keep drinks in there or food. Other than that I would highly recommend!"

"This hotel was beautiful, unique, clean, cozy and the views were incredible. I also loved the digital system for the valet bc I could tip each valet at the end of my stay and summon the car from my phone in the comfort of my room. The staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating! I also loved the digital check out process."

"There's a few things you have to be careful about not getting charged for, like some of the provided items in the hotel room (mostly food items) and you have to request a fridge but they brought us one really quickly. The front desk staff, specifically a lady named Sarah was very lovely. I would come back here in the future purely just based off of how kind and helpful she was to my wife and I the whole trip. The location is great, and the parking situation is pretty good. Only other thing I'd note, the elevator moves pretty fast and with there being almost 40 floors, it gave my wife a little bit of motion sickness. Overall, 9.5/10 :)"

"Staff would not let me take a dolly to get my bags. Shower water leaked in the the bathroom anytime it was on. "
