"There's a few things you have to be careful about not getting charged for, like some of the provided items in the hotel room (mostly food items) and you have to request a fridge but they brought us one really quickly. The front desk staff, specifically a lady named Sarah was very lovely. I would come back here in the future purely just based off of how kind and helpful she was to my wife and I the whole trip. The location is great, and the parking situation is pretty good. Only other thing I'd note, the elevator moves pretty fast and with there being almost 40 floors, it gave my wife a little bit of motion sickness. Overall, 9.5/10 :)"

"Check in was easy! Vallet was efficient and friendly! Room was comfortable and clean. Fitness center has Peleton equipment and was spacious- free weights and machines were up to date and well kept. The location was perfect for easy access to great restaurants and 6th street. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family! "

"I wish there was a warning that the hotel is a hot mess with the renovations. It was super dirty the minute you walk in the door. There was no breakfast buffet. They had a grab bag for you to pickup. What was in the bag was a joke! "

"Great Location right across the street from 2 waterfront restaurants and Mozart's Coffee Shop. Got morning coffee at Mozart's every morning, loved the Hula Hut and Quince Lakehouse. Great outdoor deck and live music every night we were there."

"This is a bare bones establishment barely above a youth hostel. No television channels, no cords to the phones (so we couldn’t call the desk about the tv). We went down by the elevator and waited 35 inures for anyone to come to the desk-no one appeared. We called the hotel number from our cell phones and no answer. It rolled over to the nation wide line and they could not help us. We checked out."
