"An old an hool elegant hotel with excellent friendly and competent staff who make it special staying there. The style of the hotel is sadly sometimes not matched by the elegance of the guests who should try to at least dress appropriately when drinking in the lovely terrrace bar. Comfortable well equipped rooms with excellent room service and scrupulously clean "

"Lovely, small hotel in old town. Nothing fancy, yet very clean and functional. Close to everything: lake, restaurants, train station, shops, market. Helpful, Friendly staff. Can be a bit loud in that part of town during the day and evening. Did not bother me but in case that’s important to you. Wifi was so-so. "

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. Calling support was partially helpful given that they are remote. The apartment was lovely and clean."
