"Ok so, if you don't care about a rancid smelling fridge (and freezer), long hair, potentially dog hair, and eyelashes in your bed (suspected flick n forget sheets 😂), scum rings in the bath tub, just enough hot water, and a general grimey couch n carpet, then this is the place for you! It served it's purpose for us to stay for one night in smelly, grimey "comfort", but we won't be returning."

"The pub is a classic northern rivers pub. Nice outlook from the beer garden. Unfortunately the bar staff we had let the experience down a bit for us. Nice stop in itself, cute little village. Pub looked a bit tired."

Everything felt comfortable, organized, and spotless throughout the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay."

"My impression of the Big 4 Big River Holiday Park was a disappointment, over priced for what was on offer. This Park was tidy, but lack shaded areas or greenery, has a very mediocre (small) size gated swimming pool. The two bedroom cabins are very small containing a matchbox size bathroom, the shower floor tiles are extremely slippery, with the shower hot and cold water hard to regulate. The slope down to the riverside from the cabin was too steep if for anyone mobility issues. On the positive side, the outside verandah is generous in size providing a beautiful river view wth adequate seating and at the time of our stay quite being a non school or public holiday time. "
