"Room was great, clean. Trash can liners are left hanging in trash can. Second time I have stayed here so I know this is the way things are done but go ahead and line the waste basket. Other than that, everything is great. Breakfast in lobby is just fine, plenty of options for something quick."

"My room was clean and parking was easy. The building is in uptown Greenwood, so there was some street noise. I felt safe and it was convenient for shops and restaurants. I didn't eat there this time, but I have eaten in the hotel's restaurant before and the food was delicious."

"Before obtaining a reservation I drove around the property to check out safety. There was some activity at the back of the motel that looked suspicious in nature and it did not look safe for a woman alone to be around there. I requested a room up front near the office and I was accommodated. The front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly but got the job done. The room was large, very clean, doors had great safety latches, bed linen clean and mattress was ok. Overall, a one brief night(checked in around 11p and left around 5:30A) it was a good value for the money. I felt safe. It is close to eating places and drug store. So I would stay again if I needed a room in Greenwood."

"The staff were very friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was very clean and spacious for myself, daughter and grandson. The lobby has a fish tank downstairs and he loved looking at the fish. They also offer breakfast; we took advantage of the fresh fruit. Overall, very happy with our stay."

"Property is gorgeous! The home is a basic lakehouse that is very well maintained and more spacious than I imagined. The home also had everything we needed and loved having plenty towels & pillows. The enclosed porch was definitely one of my favorite areas."

"Absolutely loved this house on Lake Greenwood! The location was wonderful, nice and quiet area on a quiet street. Lovely outdoor area with screened in and open areas. The inside of the house was wonderful, we had everything we needed. We had a slight problem one day and the owner took care of it right away! He also gave a lot of recommendations for great fireworks in the area (we were there over the July 4th weekend). Really appreciated all of the amenities and would love to return! Highly recommend!"
