Very shabby hotel. Bed was clean but window curtains and net filthy!! In desperate need of refurbishment. Unable to control heating so room like an oven .safety chain on room door broken !!

Van Der Valk Hotel Charleroi Airport
The hotel was nice staff friendly but our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was meant to be in a non smoking room and was quite disappointed when i walked into the room as the smell was very strong. I think its more stale smell than a recent one.
