Great stay if you have flight next day. Shuttle across the Hotel and easy access. Staff helpful and you should arrive before 1 am as reception closes at 1am
The reception staff were excellent when we told them
Our flight was delayed by an hour. We thought we might not make it back for1 am reception closing. They had told us they’d wait for use excellent service. We had to take a taxi as last bus had left. Arrived with time enough spare to have a night cap. Friendly - unbelievably kind staff.
It was very clean and comfortable for one night stand before our flight. Looked pretty new inside, nice hangout areas and perfect location. Friendly staff and lots of info in the reception area.
I stayed one night before an early flight. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with cozy beds and a great shower. Everything was clean and the facilities were good. The area itself didn’t feel the best to walk alone at night, and there aren’t many food options nearby. Also, just a heads-up for travelers: there’s no Uber service available in the early morning, so I had to take the first bus to the airport at 4:30 am. Overall, a good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport
Hostel is ideally located by the railway station and in the town. Hostel has a good bar and reception area. Rooms are basic as you’d expect but it was all clean and quiet. Very happy with it for one night.
We have stayed here before and will
Do again. Although it’s a youth hostel - nobody feels unwelcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. Breakfast is included in the price and there is plenty to fill yourself up. No cooked food other than boiled eggs - but they’re were lovely. Unless you really object to making up your own bed and stripping it at the end of your stay you will be well Looked after by the staff. Enjoy the youth hostel you’ll meet a lot of nice people and from various countries.
Amazing hostel!!! Super friendly staff, great central location. Very clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast really made it all worth it. However, they ran out of towels so be prepared to take your own!
Nice, professional, but beds are quite uncomfortable and there is a building being constructed across the street so sleeping was quite hard (I can't blame all of it in the property but there should be some warning or action to at least try to prevent the noise)
Overall good place to stay when you arrive from Charleroi airport late at night. Hard to find at first time. Construction site in the next building and you need to be curious to find narrow street where the main entrance exists. Good bonuses are shower and toilet in the room and breakfast even it's very basic.

Good enough deal for the price, but there are some issues to be aware of, including inconsistent breakfast times and potentially bed bugs.
I just needed a place to crash after a late flight arrived and before an early train in the morning. I chose this place because breakfast was supposed to be served beginning at 7:00 a.m. It's directly across from the train station, and the airport shuttle is very convenient to it.
I booked a twin room and yes, you are handed your sheets and have to make your own bed because this is a hostel. You also have to rent a towel if you need one and didn't bring your own. No issues there. I was aware what I was getting into.
The room itself was fine and on one end, so there wasn't a lot of noise unless you opened the window (partiers).
My main issue: I waited outside the breakfast room from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and the door never opened, despite a dozen people outside knocking and trying to get the staff's attention. I waited as long as I could before I had to leave for the train station. It's disappointing that something I paid for was not provided and I hope my payment is adjusted as a result of this.
I also found that evening after I checked out that my legs were covered in sets of three red circles in a row, which I understand to be bed bugs. This could either have been from this hostel or my previous accommodation, but I understand they appear in a matter of hours after being bitten, and had not noticed them the night prior.
très bon accueil et de bons renseignements. bonne ambiance . le petit déjeuner est très correct .
l'extérieur pour nous un peu bruyant la nuit...mais l'auberge n'y est pour rien!!!
