"Nice breakfast buffet every morning. Clean, updated, rooms with fresh linens daily. Excellent staff and service. Clean pool and pool deck. Safe, secure, well lit, parking lot. Nice hotel. Definitely NOT a party hotel. "

"Horrible in every possible way. People smoking weed and cigarettes everywhere, drinking alcohol out in the open. Room was old, decrepit and disgusting. We didn’t stay. Took one look and left."

"You really can’t beat the location—right on the ocean with easy beach access, and just a short walk to some great restaurants and charming boutique shops in Vero Beach. It’s the kind of spot where you can park your car and forget about it for the rest of your stay. The hotel itself is definitely on the tired side and could use some updating. That said, everything was very clean, which goes a long way in making the stay comfortable. Overall, if you’re prioritizing location and a laid-back beach vibe over modern finishes, this is a solid choice."

"Was not told about deposit prior to rental then when I'm there with my 1year old begging and asking if there is anything I can do completely blown off. I never even got to use my reservation nor was I refunded "

"Staff was excellent Handicap access was terrible. Ramp access to parking lot limited. Entrance to guest room required help. Bathroom very small. Housekeeping was terrible. No aheets, blankets or extra pillows for pullout couch. No kleenex, paper towels, silverware or dishes for kitchen. Trash and towels were picked up midweek but had to go to front desk for new towels and trash can liner"

"I love this place. The property is right on the beach. Feels very private since its not a huge hotel. The beach was not crowded on a Saturday, it almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves at one point. The staff was very nice & the free breakfast is very convenient. I will be back soon! "
