Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Great Play, Great Location

We had an incredible stay at this charming Charleston home! The house was impeccably clean and offered all the comforts we needed for a relaxing visit. Enjoyed our visit to Charleston. Neighborhood is nice. New construction across street can be very noisy at times but house is in good location to walk to local spots and King St. Very convenient to highway access.

Ideal Charleston experience!

The house was an easy, drive and conveniently located. We loved the Charleston porches, and everything about the interior! Plenty of room for us to spread out and plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking. I highly recommend a stay here!

Great Location for Girls Weekend

We enjoy our stay at this property! Communication was on point, easy check-in and check-out process. The house itself has what you’d need and is in a great location. There could be a few more places to set items in the bathrooms but otherwise the rooms are well appointed with comfortable bedding! You won’t regret booking this cute place!!

The beds were ALL so comfortable, we slept great. bedding was clean and soft. We would definitely stay here again. We walked everywhere from this property. So many things to choose from. Do not second guess this property, book it before someone else does!

Great location! Had an issue with the ice maker and property manager was very quick in responding. Great location, short walk to King street and all the main attractions. Very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. They also have a place a few blocks away where you can store bags between check out and leaving town...

Perfect for our Charleston stay

Our party of four loved this property. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Everything was as described in the listing. We really enjoyed being in a more residential neighborhood with the historic homes and small shops but still very convenient to King Street and all of the tourist areas. Charleston is a great walking city but it is a bit of a walk to the main tourist areas. When we didn’t want to walk, the free DASH shuttle that runs throughout the downtown area was just a few blocks away. On the couple of occasions that I had questions for property management, they responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint house - very Charleston!

Super cute renovated house. While small, plenty of room for a family of 4 and the beds were probably some of the most comfortable we have slept on!!! Kids really loved the two queens vs twins. Some things that are still in updating mode - ie paint etc but overall nicely done. House is about a mile from the heart of Charleston tourist action, a very safe walk down King street only about 30 min. The pizza place next door was delicious and there’s lots of other restaurants nearby. My only watch out is that because it’s in a very traveled area, there’s a lot of passers by. Don’t be surprised by walkers and drivers that may be loud into the evening hours. If you have small kiddos be sure to bring a noise machine. Enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charleston. The property was very clean and up to date. The location to King Street was perfect. Was not crazy about having to park off property, but, we were able to park on the street to unload/load our luggage. No major issues to speak of. There is currently some construction directly across the street but it was not an issue for us.

Nice house, most comfortable for groups of 5 or fewer. City Market, Battery and Rainbow Row are easily reached by car. We chose to drive since they were about a mile away. Only complaint is the construction going on across the street, unfortunately workers were there during the night and early morning( before 6-7am).

College of Charleston Graduation

The property was clean and cozy, and the space was as advertised. It had plenty of space for dining and relaxing. The 1 parking spot is not made for large vehicles, ours did not fit. Unloading and loading car was difficult due to no parking near house. There were not enough drinking glasses for 8 people. Also, I specifically chose this house because on the maap it was shown to ne near my daughters house but upon getting the address the house turned out to be a block or more away. Overall the house is a nice place to stay with a few inconvenience s but the propert manager was great.

Great house for a family - perfect location

Our family (two parents, two boys - 6 and 8) had a great stay. The house is right off King but the neighborhood itself is just as charming. There was good space for the kids and the bathrooms and beds were well maintained. I would recommend they update the key lock box in the future to make check-in/checkout easier and add a bit more security to a stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Mother daughter get away

Returning to a place I love and lived many years ago -My adult daughters and I had 3 nights to walk and ride bikes and eat and shop -This was a lovely location -We opted not to rent a car and Uber was all we needed when not walking -The house was comfy and clean-old traditional cottage with wood floors and the basics - beds very nice /We brought our own sound machines for night noise -The owner allowed us an hour later to ck out so we could go to a Palm Sunday service -TY so much .Every morning we got coffee at Provisions which is just a few doors down .We felt safe and happy to be together in the charming cottage -Maybe adding half and half for coffee at home would be nice ?
