Charleston charmer

This place was perfect for a getaway to downtown Charleston. Convenient to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and all your needs. Great setup for a group or couples. Great balcony for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! Enjoyed it all.

Holiday Getaway

An excellent property for our family with adult children and our pets! The house has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the top floor which gives everyone plenty of privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. The huge porches were very nice for enjoying the evenings. The management was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the option to stock the fridge before we arrived. What a relief to arrive after a long car trip to have delicious snacks ready!

High school reunion

Some of us are unable to climb many stairs, so bedrooms on lower level ensuite were necessary. We enjoyed the outside patios and the wonderful breeze. Beds were comfortable.

Charleston Gem

This Charleston home is diamond in the rough! Some of the surrounding properties are a bit rough, but this home is beautiful! The home is brilliantly located and close to the best restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Don’t miss Porchetta, Bad Bunnies, or 132 Spring. The home is brand new with an Old Charleston vibe. 2 drawbacks…some furniture that is a bit cheap and uncomfortable and some noise in the shared parking area. Otherwise, the home is awesome!

The home is tucked in an area with a private drive and great parking space. Water pressure great. HVAC amazing. Beds amazing. Communication amazing. Kitchen has all the space we needed for 8. The balcony with 3 different access points upstairs was perfect for our group. Would stay here again.Amazing food nearby.

Ladies Charleston Get Away

House is clean, well equipt and bright & sunny. Loved, loved the porches and large door openings. Needed more bedside lighting for nighttime. Furniture is lovely & very modern but built for small & young people. Easy to get to most areas. A good breakfast& pastry shop just 4 minute walk. Convenient parking & Uber pickup spot.

Overall good.

Very clean and prompt attention to minor problems that cropped up. Advertised as accommodating 10 people, but the couch was not a fold out bed. Fortunately one of our 10 is an infant so we didn’t need to resort to an air mattress.

The perfect weekend!
