It is available for rentals of 30 days or longer. It is the perfect home away from home for a corporate traveler or traveling nurse, as it is just steps away from MUSC. This property has a 2 in 1 washer/ dryer in the unit. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to make a meal for yourself and your guests. Both bedrooms have smart TVs and queen beds in them. The first bedroom upon entering is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower-bathtub combination. The second bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and utilizes the hall bathroom that has a shower. The open-concept kitchen and living room allow you to enjoy the company of your guest while you make you meals as well as watch the large smart tv in the living room.
5-star restaurants museums shops and more can all be found within walking distance from the apartment. The famous Rainbow Row and Charleston Battery are only 15 minutes away. Stroll through the historic Charleston Market or Waterfront Park and relish the beautiful and exciting experience that is Charleston. One fantastic perk of the unit is the constant food truck rotation at the MUSC greenway directly across the street.
Please note that two parking spots are provided with the unit. Bumble Bee allows 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please be aware there is no grass around the building and dogs will have to be walked to the nearest park.
