We had a wonderful stay in this very cozy condo walking distance to many things (1.2-1.8 miles). The condo was clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Communication was very clear and frequent from host via the VRBO app. I would stay here again.
Property was true to the photos. Location was prefect to exploring Charleston. We loved walking in the morning for breakfast. My wife and I will most likely stay here again in the near future!
The apartment was very cute and clean! The location was great for exploring the historic district and getting around Charleston easily. Having the off street parking space was a great bonus as well!
Great property. Nicely furnished. Very comfy. Coffee shop across the street was a plus! The advertised walk to downtown was a lot longer than stated. Definitely needed a Lyft to get back after shopping
This house was so perfect for our weekend getaway. Nice walk to King street where you need to stop at Holy City Bagels. Awesome little boutiques to shop and plenty of places to eat. Easy drive over to Mt Pleasant where you find more places to shop and eat. David, the host, is so responsive and does everything he can to make your stay the best it can be. Highly recommend!
A great place to stay especially when they allow a pet. Very clean, nicely decorated and up to date. There was some helicopter activity due to the location of the medical center but, it was not annoying at all. You will need a car or Uber because you are not in the heart of downtown. Also, parking is confusing so you might want to find out ahead of time where to park. It is in a MUSC lot behind the unitbut not directly behind. Also, bring your own salt and pepper. Loved it!
The apartment is well decorated in a boho style. Everything from the kitchen cutlery to furniture to the beds seem pretty new. The location is nice and central with some good restaurants within walking distance, and just an 8min drive to the French District.
The weather was incredibly hot since it was the middle of July. But it was really nice little trip to The Holy City.
The home was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great. We had what we needed to be comfortable for a quick 1 night. The noise machines were very much needed. Super cute place and you can walk to King street. We had issues with the neighbors above us- stomping all night until 2 am and we had trouble sleeping. There is some street/traffic noise as well. Communication with YourPad was excellent and we are pleased with their customer service. The decor and ambiance was pleasing to the eyes. If you’re a light sleeper this may not be a desirable quiet place at night.
The rental was clean and very attractive. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The views from the house were not very desirable. Walking to town was about 45 minutes on foot. We read reviews that said it was close to everything; however, after walking once, we chose to take the car.

Cute place in the outskirts of downtown
Location was a short Uber away from the main downtown area, very cute place for what we needed it for but it’s near the hospital so you hear sirens Al night long. Area isn’t the greatest but it’s fine. The listing was inaccurate since it said you can use the driveway to pull up and unload but there were a bunch of cars parked there the whole time. Nice gated parking lot.
The place is super bright inside so if you’re looking to sleep in it might not be the place for you. Bathroom was the best part of the place. Not sure if I would return even though the property management team was responsive but I feel like we just had too many issues. Went to celebrate a birthday and wanted pristine service. Place is fine for college kids or young adults in early 20s.

Great property, bad location
A bit pricey in my opinion...Property was very clean and organized, only gripe is the living room furniture is slightly too big for the room.Check in process was very easy, just one text was all it took and all information was conveyed effectively and efficientlyParking is a little confusing and I wish the details were spelled out in the initial description rather than texted to me later on. While parking is adjacent to the building it's only accessible via a separate driveway around the corner, which was difficult to find at first. I called the office number and when I asked the woman speaking for more information about parking, she sounded annoyed. I asked if it was the paved lot adjacent to the building and she said no which only added to my confusion since as it turns out that is the parking after all.Location being my biggest complaint isn't really an issue if your visiting loved ones in the hospital/college since it's basically right across the street, but if your here to visit the city there are certainly more suitable locations further into town.Overall my experience was good, with location and parking being my biggest issue. However the quality and cleanliness helped counter some of the issues I encountered. I would stay with this company again, just not this particular location.
Nice to have king beds. They were very comfortable. The house was very clean. We chose to uber into downtown because it was a bit further than we expected, and also because of time constraints. Sirens and helicopters were heard, but we knew that would be the case, & it wasn’t really bothersome/frequent. We appreciated the coffee supply, but didn’t eat in otherwise. Salt & pepper would be nice for those who choose to eat in. We arrived after dark, and the porch light on would have been helpful. The management responded quickly. A good place to stay!!
