This welcoming 3-bedroom, 3-bath apartment offers visitors convenient access to all the city has to offer. Located on the first floor of a historic Charleston site, and set back from the street with off-street parking, the rental overlooks candy-colored historic homes that dot the neighborhood and provides a true Charleston experience for guests. Walkable to MUSC, the College of Charleston, King Street’s most popular retail and restaurants, and more.
The Space:
The apartment recently underwent a full renovation and spans 1,000 square feet. Each of the three bedrooms features premium bedding and its own full bathroom with a shower. Thoughtful care has been put into crafting a clean and efficient space that offers all the amenities of a boutique hotel, including high-end towels and linens, bath products, hair dryers, an iron, Wi-Fi, and cable with streaming services.
Guests will enjoy the convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a classic Charleston single-style porch for enjoying the nearly year-round comfortable temperatures Charleston has to offer. The porch also features an outdoor picnic table, providing an additional space for dining or relaxing al fresco.
The property includes one complimentary off-street parking space, with additional parking available for $20/day. This apartment is on the first floor of the three-story property, which also has two other 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom rentals—one on the garden level and the other on the top floor—that can be rented together for larger groups. The area is also home to some of Charleston's most renowned restaurants, with many within easy walking distance. In fact, a recent Thrillist article listed 11 of the city's top eateries that are just a short stroll from the apartment, including O-Ku, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, Chez Nous, The Darling Oyster Bar, The Grocery, Indaco, The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Warehouse, and Leon's Oysters. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual bite or an upscale meal, you’ll find something nearby to satisfy your cravings.
Getting Around:
Located just three blocks from Upper King Street, most guests prefer to walk and explore the city. The beach is only a 20-minute drive away, and for added convenience, there is a free city shuttle that runs along King Street (just three blocks away) to popular stops. Bike rentals are available nearby, or you can try a pedicab taxi for a fun, unique way to get around. We offer free parking on-site or in the lot we manage directly across the street.

2. No parties or events Parties, receptions, and similar gatherings are not allowed unless approved by us in writing in advance.
3. Outdoor spaces are for quiet enjoyment Porches and outdoor areas are intended for relaxation and casual conversation. In accordance with the Charleston County noise ordinance, quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. After that time, noise and music must be kept to a minimum out of respect for neighbors and other guests.
4. Please keep the property tidy Please keep the home, porches, and surrounding exterior areas clean and free of trash or debris during your stay. Drinks, bottles, and personal items should not be left lying around inside or outside.
5. Please help us care for the home To protect the property, please use coasters on wooden furniture, place coolers only in the designated outdoor area, and avoid wearing high heels inside the home. Please flush only toilet paper, do not rearrange furniture, do not attach anything to walls, doors, or furnishings, and do not use deadbolts to hold doors open. Please do not lean on or stand on porch railings.
6. Store personal items discreetly Towels, garments, bicycles, beach gear, and other personal items should not be hung, stored, or left in exterior areas where they are visible from the street or neighboring properties. Bicycles must be stored only in approved areas.
7. No smoking, vaping, or open flames indoors Smoking, vaping, and open flames are not allowed inside the property.
8. No pets Pets are not permitted at the property.
9. Please follow parking and vehicle guidelines RVs, campers, boats, motorcycles, and other oversized or prohibited vehicles may not be operated, stored, or parked on the property. Please follow all parking instructions provided by our team.
10. Thermostat settings must remain within range For system performance and property protection, HVAC thermostats must remain within the 69 to 76 degree range.
11. Please request approval for visitors and onsite services Reservations should reflect the correct number of overnight guests. If you would like to invite visitors to the property or arrange any onsite services, including professional photography, hair styling, or other third party salon services, please obtain host approval in advance.
12. Booking details may be requested Reservation requests may be subject to additional review. If requested, please be prepared to provide the full name of the primary guest, the total number of guests, and the reason for your stay.
13. Please report any concerns promptly Upon arrival, please let us know promptly if anything appears damaged, missing, or unsatisfactory. If any issue arises during your stay, notify us right away so we have the opportunity to help.
14. Local rules and booking terms apply Guests must comply with all applicable local rules and the booking terms in effect at the time of reservation, including the cancellation policy.

Check in was easy, the location was great, it was clean, and it worked well for our group of three couples - each couple had their own room and attached bathroom.

We loved this beautiful 3-bedroom rental. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent, before and during our stay. We locked ourselves out one afternoon and George was there almost immediately to let us in. Beds were very comfortable! Would definitely rent again!
We had a great time here, we had 5 girls and the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. We loved the living space and the newly added speaker that we could easily Bluetooth our phones too. It was only a short walk to King's street so we were able to pop to downtown anytime we liked. Everyone was so friendly, I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious place to stay with a great location!

We visited recently for a girls trip, the location was perfect! We walked to many of our brunch/dinners. And everything else was a very short Uber ! The space is perfect, and having your own bathroom for each bedroom was super ideal! We were checked on quite often via text, which was super helpful if we needed anything. We would definitely return to this location when we visit again. The house was very clean and decorated well and just comfortable!
We loved everything about our stay here. The place is well appointed, comfortable and we loved the decor! The location is perfect! Restaurants super close by including Ladels for lunch and Southside for dinner- the aroma coming from Southside was amazing! Make sure to grab a bagel at Holey City and a cupcake from Sugar- just across the street.

Beautiful accomedations but some dissapointment
Liked the accomedations,nice separate bedrooms and showers. Very clean. But very dissapointed that parking was not outfront of our cottage. My son had to go across the street behind a delapited home and park. I am handicapped and could not have done it without my son. There was no hotwater in bathroom basins. Also experienced an annoying beeping sound that was not corrected all day and finally had to call Management to fix the problem as i didnt want it going on all night.
We appreciated the location of the property. The close access to King Street made it easy to walk and we did a lot of walking! We didn't have a car, but having a parking spot in front of the property is amazing and valuable in a city with so much tight on street parking. The home has been lovingly restored. One suggestion is to have some place to put toiletries. A pedestal sink is lovely, but when women are trying to get ready for a wedding it made it challenging to have to put your makeup on the floor. There were 5 of us in the house and the walls are thick, noise did not carry. One other thought is more comfortable seating and space for six to sit since there are three bedrooms. Keep in mind, this does not prevent us from giving the place five stars, just suggestions from some well worn travelers! Thanks for letting us check in early.
