Summary:
Perfect for a large family! Just three blocks away from upper King Street, the epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. Our wonderful city offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, great shopping, and the beach is just 15 minutes away. Equipped with 1 free off-street parking space!
The Space:

Guests enter on the main floor. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed. Downstairs there is a double bed that sleeps two. There is a queen size pull-out sofa in the living area on the main floor.
The kitchen and living area are on the main floor. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools. The living area is sunken.
We like to point out that there are two bathrooms, none of which are on the main floor. There is a bathroom upstairs and on the ground floor. We also prefer to make our guests aware that the stairs in this rental are spiral stairs.

This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire home.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!
Getting Around:
Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.
There are multiple taxi services, Uber included.

• Please note our strict cancellation policy - All Cancellations eligible for refund are subject to pay credit card processing fee of 3.8%
• Free Tesla and EV charger located on property in dedicated charging space for guest use only.

We loved staying here! Near everything and so beautiful inside. We had a group of 7 and had just enough space for all of us. I would definitely stay here again! Check in and check out were so easy.The only downside is parking is a bit tough if you all drive separate! One space is included in the lot.
such an interesting set up with spiral staircases and center atrium, very European feel. very clean with hotel quality linens and pillows. literally only minutes away from tons of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars, and the historical downtown locations--walking is fine and safe, uber is even faster
Excellent location but not great if you have kids or mobility issues
The property management company was very responsive and friendly! The unit itself was also beautiful and unique with the sunken community space and spiral staircases.
One thing that would have been nice to know is that the driveway to the building is not paved, so if you have luggage and no car, it must be dragged. Also kind of inconvenient if you are dressed up and want to wear heels.
Besides that it was a great stay and we had a wonderful time. However next time, I will likely choose a location that is a little easier to get to.
We were very please with our stay! The unit was clean and in a great location! Walking distance to lot of shopping and restaurants and there are plenty of pedicabs is you want to go down near the French Quarter without the longer walk.
We had such a great stay here. They were super responsive, and the location was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for 8 people. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Charleston!
Very different property. Fun to stay somewhere different. My only negative is the only stairs are spiral staircase to the bedrooms. It just made it a bit tricky with luggage. Perfect location and quiet.
Our stay here in Charleston was amazing. The CHC Vacation Rentals Group was extremely professional and very quick to respond to all our requests. The house was great for eight of us and it provided a nice common space for our group.

Great Location!
Had the pleasure of staying in this unit for 3 nights for a recent family wedding and had 6 adults here. It's incredibly convenient to King Street and sits off the street so it's very quiet. Had relatives stay a block away on Cannon and said the traffic and people noise was bad. Beds upstairs were very comfortable. I would stay in this unit again.
Checking in to this property was so easy. Everything was clean. The property manager kept in contact with us every step of the way to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house is walking distance to anything you’d want to do in Charleston. We would rent this house again if we came back to the area.
Really enjoyed our stay. Amazing location, super responsive rental company that manages the property and loved the fact the cleaning people pretty much do everything and not much needs to be done before checking out. The parking situation isn’t the best if you have more than one car in your group and the stairs going up and down are a tad treacherous, especially if you had older person in your group. Other than that, an excellent property and I would stay again.
This is such a cool property in a fantastic location! My son was attending freshman orientation at College of Charleston, and I needed a property that was walkable to the school and could accommodate 5 adults. This was perfect! We walked to and from the school every day, and it was absolutely walkable to King Street and everything Charleston has to offer. The property was comfortable, unique, and very well-appointed. Thanks for a great trip!
We had 7 ladies here for a fun Bridgerton themed weekend and this property was so perfect. The girls gasped when they walked in, as the architecture is so special! The host was very responsive and we felt very taken care of you. One major perk was no long check list of house chores to do before you checked out. Loved that!
The spiral staircases weren’t a problem for us. The house sleeps 8, but I think 6 is a better amount because the bedroom in the basement is a small double bed. Good for children perhaps!

This squeezed in 8 adult guests but I might recommend this for like 6 adults and 2 kids or 6 adults total because it does feel a little tight with 8 full grown adults.
Location doesn’t get any better, right by several breakfast places and a quick walk to King St. very quiet at night.
Stretch and loosen up your ankles, spiral staircase is not for those who can’t climb up windy tight stairs. Same with outside some walking over gravel through parking lot and stairs to get in.
Very affordable, very clean, would recommend!
