Come enjoy the amazing views of this beautiful apartment that occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of this 3 story home that sits on a tidal river with private boat ramp near Folly Beach. Hang out on our brand new beautiful dock.
We provide a pass for free parks access and kayaks for your adventures or you can use your boat to explore the vast rivers and inlets leading to the ocean or the many restaurants in the Charleston area that have docking for boats.
Come for the beach, but stay for the views which are literally surrounded by breathtaking views of the river and marsh that wrap around 3 sides of the home. Bring your binoculars to view the many birds and other wildlife that make regular appearances at the house. Lounge on any of the 4 balconies including main deck with seating for 6, sunrise and sunset balconies, or the relaxing shaded balcony.
Prepare dinner for the family in the chef's kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances, that comes fully stocked with pots, pans and all the necessities for the cook in your household. The stainless gas grill on the main deck is always available to please.
After dinner relax in the living room featuring 50” smart streaming roku TV with premium cable and free WiFi, super comfy sofa and loveseat.
The master bedroom suit spans the entire 3rd floor and the most beautiful sunrises you've ever seen from your own personal balcony. It features brand new high end pillow top king mattress. You’ll think you’re sleeping on a cloud. It boasts wide open views of the surrounding river and marsh. Soak and melt away in the master bath's jacuzzi tub.
The first floor is a 1BR apartment and is a rental as well so if you need more space for a large family you can rent the entire house!

Last but certainly not least, guests also have access to their own private kayak tour guide and yoga instructor. Book with us and sign up for a private kayak tour or outside yoga class!

*Please note, the river is a tidal river and will dry out at low tide, pets must be approved prior to booking, weekend trips may require a 3 night min stay or min booking fee unless attached to another reservation and we typically only book 3 months in advance to insure rates are updated. Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for Charleston locations and Folly Beach. One morning we even spotted a dolphin right out the back door. Clean with friendly neighbor.

Beautiful house and great location!

The house had great sunset views and was located conveniently to Folly Beach and not far from downtown Charleston. The neighborhood was great to walk in. I would definitely recommend this house.

Second Great Trip To This House

This was the second long weekend we spent at this property while visiting our now two Citadel cadets. Everything was great. House was clean. Well supplied. And a stress free experience. We will be back!

Excellent Location

The location was great for our family to either drive into downtown or to Folly Beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing on the deck! The owner was quick to respond and very thorough with information!

Beautiful views

We stayed in this property for Parents Weekend at The Citadel. It was a short drive back and forth to The Citadel. The views of this property were amazing. There is a Harris Teeter close by. The manager was easy to work with, and we loved the property.

Beautiful location and helpful property manager

Our family made fun memories in this beautifully located home over a dreary March weekend. The listing was accurate and the home was comfortable for the 5 of us. Just had a couple of small hiccups which were addressed quickly by the property manager. If you love the marsh as much as we do, this is a great place!

Wonderful relaxing condo

The condo is exactly as described. Everything you need is provided. We caught few fishes right at the deck and lots of blue crabs. The bicycle needs some tlc so we didn’t use it. But over alll we loved it and definitely we’ll be back.

Nice place. Stayed with family including our two year old and my older in-laws with mobility issues. A little hard for the older individuals with the stair but it was manageable. Great view! We did experience an unexpected storm (hurricane level rain without the hurricane) it did flood all the parking area, thankfully we only had one vehicle and it fit at the top of the driveway. Which the weather was nicer so we could have checked out the kayaks. The place was clean and had basic kitchen supplies. If you need any special cooking supplies, bring them with you. It was well stocked with the essential like toilet paper, soap, dish and laundry soap, mini shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc. Owner responded to messages quickly. We would stay there again if coming to this area.

Long weekend trip to Charleston

Conveniently located out near the beach. Drive into Charleston was quick and easy. Enjoyed watching the tides come and go on the marsh. Inside was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful, check-in was easy, all amenities as described. We arrived early am and were granted early access as the property was open the day before with zero fees unlike other properties. Distance to Folly, Downtown Charleston, & Mt. P. was perfect. Beautiful getaway!

This is probably the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The scenery was breathtaking, and my family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. We saw tiny crabs, ducks, fish, birds and even a dolphin during low tide from the dock. The house itself was wonderful! Cozy and clean. My kids enjoyed playing the board games and the provided kayaks were a real treat and we enjoyed them so much! Also wanted to add that we encountered an issue with checking in - a problem that was completely beyond the owner’s control and one that we were notified about before arrival. I wanted to mention this to give the owner kudos in how it was handled. He communicated with us immediately, and made sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. He also routinely checked in to make sure we were happy and was so generous in offerings to make amends. We were so appreciative of how wonderfully everything was handled! We are hoping to stay here again this summer!

Home away from home

Wonderful accommodations! It had everything we needed to feel like we were at home, complete with games that my family and I played; bingo and candyland were our choices. It the perfect location, and it's very quiet on the marsh. Stunning views. Comfy beds. Nice furniture. Loved it!

Great Stay and Location

The owner of the property was so awesome and responsive, it was great!!Property was amazingly located on the water, it was great to walk out onto the dock in the morning to pray and have a cup of coffee. Neighborhood is extremely quiet, and the house was nice. They had lots of cooking stuff if you need to make food. Best place to eat in our entire stay in Charleston was 20min away, Wild Olive, HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST eating there, absolutely incredible!!

Comfortable, spacious, great views

Unfortunately for us we picked the 3 coldest day/s nights for a getaway. We did not get to use the bikes, balconies, or dock. That said, the views from inside were amazing. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed: extra blankets, towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was great- easy access to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. We will definitely be back.
