Summary:
This sunny first floor unit finished a full remodel spring 2018 to feature 1.5 BR (1 King bed, 1 twin daybed) and 2 full bathrooms. No detail was overlooked, featuring: beautifully restored hardwood floors, a custom-kitchen, refurbished claw foot tub, two separate porches & more!

Enjoy high-end linens & all the comforts of a boutique hotel (quality bath products & towels, hair dryer, iron, WiFi, premium TV channels, etc.) with the added convenience of a full chef-ready kitchen & parking incl.

The Space:
Set back from the street, the apartment overlooks candy-colored historic homes that dot the neighborhood and provides a true Charleston experience for guests. Easily walkable to MUSC, College of Charleston, King Street’s most popular retail and restaurants, & more.

Guest Access:
Inside and outside, especially outside on the two wonderful porches! You also have access to a shared patio on proterty with big Green Egg charcoal grill, charcoal being complimentary of course.

The Neighborhood:
Visitors can enjoy convenient dining options directly next door At Southbound and Ladles Soup/ Across from the apartment; indulge in the city’s most charming bakery – Sugar Bakeshop - located just across the street from the rental; and gab your morning coffee and bagels just down the street at Holey City Bagels! Many of the city’s most notable eateries are located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, or an easy walk from the rental. O-Ku, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, Chez Nous, The Darling Oyster Bar, The Grocery, Indaco, The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Warehouse, Chubby Fish.

Getting Around:
We are only 3 blocks from Upper King Street, so most guests prefer to walk and explore the city. The beach is 15 minutes away by car. There is also a free shuttle offered by the city that runs along King Street (3 blocks away) to popular stops. Bike rentals are available nearby or you might enjoy trying a pedicab taxi. We offer free parking on site or in the lot we manage across the street.

Other Things to Note:
The property has free off-street parking for one car directly beside the home.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to meet our guests when the timing works out upon arrival and get our visitors settled. But when timing doesn't match up we'll leave a key for them to access the rental at your convenience. We're a phone call away if anything comes up during the stay but leave guests to enjoy the rental as their own.

This was a great location for entertainment and all of the venues for the Charleston food and wine classic. We were able to walk to all venues, but Uber and Lyft are easily available as well.

This place had everything you could need! It’s an awesome location close to bars restaurant and shops, very comfortable bed, cute living room and day bed area, and great kitchen! We loved sitting outside on the front porch!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing time at this property. Morgan was so welcoming, giving some great recommendations for where to eat in the area. The house was exactly like the pictures! Clean and very well decorated and taken care of. I 100% recommend this place and would stay here again.

Nice property with great details and cleanliness. one suggestion would be to have a traditional work station when unfortunately some work needs to get done. Its more conducive and better on the back. thank you again for a great stay

Good place for two people. Good location, easy access to King Street restaurants. Bathrooms are adequate, one with better shower is very small, larger one with tub and shower curtain surrounding it. Plentiful towels and well outfitted kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend for two people.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was as lovely as the photos suggested and just the right amount of space for my husband, myself, and our toddler. The location was great - just a short walk to King Street, and we found a few nice breakfast spots even closer. Parking is tight, but that’s the case for most of Charleston, and with so much within walking distance, it’s not much of a concern.

The property was represented perfectly. So charming and loved everything about it. We were actually greeted by the host - a first for me. Got to learn about the property which for Charleston and its history was great! Great location and would highly recommend for a long weekend or quick get-a-way!
