We just completed a girls weekend in Charleston and had a great stay at this property! The home is spacious, well-maintained, and a great location close to all the things. Safe neighborhood that’s quiet for the most part. I highly recommend!
This was my family's first visit to Charleston and we will certainly be back! We were touring Collage of Charleston and found the location of the house perfect to walk to campus and shops on King Street and the Market area. Proximity to restaurants, shops , etc was so good that we parked our car when we checked in and never had to use it as we walked everywhere we needed to go! Another bonus was a quant coffee shop right across the street. The house had all the amenities we needed and the commutation with the host was so easy.
Property is as advertised and in a great area of town. Communication with management was easy. Highly recommended. There are comments around the tight parking spot. This is very accurate. I'd say a RAV-4 is the largest car that can fit in the spot. Street parking is doable but you need to move the car every 2 hours and this is 24/7. We saw parking enforcement at all hours. Area is busy and can get loud. Walls and windows are thin in the house so you hear it all, but I never felt the house was overly noisey.
Great house to stay with friends. The location and neighborhood were quaint, convenient, walkable with lots of things to do: bars, restaurants, shops etc.
We enjoyed staying here for a long weekend in Charleston. The house was perfect for three couples, and provided everything that we needed. Location was perfect, walking distance to many great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping on king street. The area guide that Stay Duvet provided was super helpful in identifying restaurant and activity ideas.
We had a wonderful time at this location. There were only 4 of us, if there had been more of us it would have still been comfortable if sharing beds. The location was great and within walking distance to all of our favorite spots. I would definitely stay at this location again.
We loved this house and it's in such a great location in Charleston. Walk to everything! Comfy rooms and the managers couldn't have been more helpful about anything! Definitely recommend this group.
The place was awesome with plenty of room for all of us! Charleston can be really loud at night so if you are a light sleeper might not be the best location. The property is a great location to walk to just about anything and that made things super fun!
While the location of this property is great, the off street parking is only meant for a small SUV or car. Could use some light maintenance and a little better cleaning inside and out, but otherwise I would recommend this site or stay again.
We came to Charleston for a Thanksgiving get away. This place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was walkable to Kings Street a major Tavern and shopping area. We rented a car and get a smaller car since the driveway is very narrow if you rent this location. We loved the place and would be happy to return there.
Plenty of room for all of us. Property management team was responsive. Great location but neighborhood was a little rundown. Wasn't really noisy even though close to King Street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 4.5 stars!
Would have been helpful to know about the wander option to store our bags until check in prior to seeing info on fridge. Shower door in master bath does not close all the way. Would be nice to have kitchen towels. Overall was clean and perfect size for 5 of us. We enjoyed our stay.
Very clean, very comfortable and stylish. Master bath is amazing,, especially the huge shower! Super clean towels and linens, very comfortable beds. Not far from King Street and all the activities the city has to offer.
Parking will only work for a compact car. Anything else, you cannot stay off the sidewalk. An outdoor grill would be a nice addition. 21 steep steps to all bedrooms; no problem for the younger set but older tenants might have an issue climbing.
Overall, a nice comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed Charleston and the home. We had a few issues getting into the home since we didn’t receive the code ahead of time. However, after calling, we were able to receive access. The home was clean but one of the rooms had a cat litter smell. All of the other rooms were fine. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
