Loved our stay here! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. The host was super helpful, and the patio was a great spot for morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!

This house was great for our girls trip to Charleston. It was located a quick 10 minute car ride or uber from downtown. The town of Avondale was very cute. Coffee shops, antique stores, wine and cheese bar, restaurants, etc were just around the corner and able to walk to. The neighborhood was very cute with a beautiful church across the street. The house was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and a FANTASTIC covered patio. We loved hanging out on the patio in the evenings. It had a fenced in yard which we all said would be perfect had we brought our kids. The hosts were both so pleasant and helpful with questions we had. They also were extremely accommodating for our late flight that turned into a canceled flight. Thanks to them we did not have to sleep on an airport floor :) I would love to come back and bring my toddler. Charleston was fun!

Incredibly cozy and perfectly located

My wife and I stayed here with our sub-two year old daughter and it was perfect. Clean and modern, very comfortable, walkable to all the Avondale things and extremely convenient 5-10 minute drive to anything on the peninsula. We loved the outdoor couch, fire pit and TV at night. Would love to stay here again next time!

Avondale Retreat

Wonderful vacation home to get away from it all! Outdoor covered patio with ample comfortable seating and dining area, outdoor TV, and fire pits as well as large tree shaded yard that is fully fenced. This dog friendly home is well equipped inside with comfortable beds, large closets, luxury towels and linens, and open kitchen and dining area with large center island/counter and chairs. There was a 75” smart TV in living room and quaint private sitting area on the front porch. A perfect retreat!

Wonderful Stay in a great VRBO!

This is quite simply our home away from home. It is spotless, organized with just the right amenities and the hosts are very responsive. Fall Getaway

Great property!

Great property in a great neighborhood very close to downtown but also located in the middle of the drives between Folly Beach and Isle of Palms. Highly recommend! Very clean and great communication from hosts! A great property to bring a furry friend as well with the fenced in yard!

holiday getaway

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving here. Our son and young family live nearby and came over for the meal. Large kitchen worked well. The covered deck was a bonus for dining and entertainment. Grand dog loved the fenced backyard. Beautiful Charleston weather for walking and biking in the neighborhood and greenway. Owner very responsive to any questions!

My husband, pups and I loved staying at this rental. The owners were very accommodating and great about communicating with us. They really went above and beyond on our stay, and we are beyond thankful for everything! Perfect stop to travel to all the beaches and downtown! You also have great spots near you within walking distance. We loved it!

Charming Home in Charleston

We truly enjoyed our stay in Charleston. This was an ideal location to get to different parts of the city and still have a neighborhood feel. The home was the perfect size for us and the attention to detail from decor to functionality did not go unnoticed. Everything from a beautiful kitchen to high-end linens to ample plugs where you need them. The fenced in backyard was great for our pup and the patio was nice to be able to sit and relax. We highly recommend and hope to be back again.

Charleston home that couldn’t have been more perfect for our family and fur baby

This adorable home in Charleston couldn’t have been more perfect for our family and fur baby. From the minute you walk inside, you immediately feel the love and warmth that went into putting this home together to accommodate guests. The beds and pillows couldn’t have been more comfortable and we all slept like a dream. This home was so convenient to everything in Charleston. Lovely home in safe neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo rental! The home is within walking distance of several restaurants and a great little coffee shop all while being tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The backyard and covered deck were highlights, especially with the fire pit and TV—we enjoyed movie nights outside almost every night. The kitchen was beautifully appointed, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The location across from a church means you’ll hear the bells, but you get used to it quickly. Our dog felt right at home, and we’d definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Charleston! Highly recommended.

A very happy holiday!

Truly a joyful experience from start to finish. Communication was quick, warm and welcoming. This is a very comfortable and safe home away from home with everything needed for work and play, in a peaceful setting that’s walkable to a lot of fun places. The modern amenities in a traditional home are so well done. And off-street parking is a bonus to help make quick trips to downtown, etc. a breeze. We look forward to going back!

Feels like home

Awesome home . Immaculate, Cozy. Large kitchen area and large fenced in back yard perfect for you pup.loved the outdoor deck area furnished with comfortable seating along with a tv and gas fire pit, and had grill. Well stocked. This is the perfect home away from home. Location is a perk. It’s close to everything Charleston has to offer. This was the 2nd time renting . Hosts are very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again .
