Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 190 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 190 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants. Great little spot on St Phillips

Cute townhouse with adorable touches. Close to restaurants and very walkable to shopping. Easy parking and very accessible. It was cold and icy so we were unable to use the porch or outdoor furniture. Recommend coming in the warmer months! Enjoyed our stay.

Great location for two couples

Cute property that has a great location. Perfect for two couples as it has two bedrooms with king sized beds. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed three nights. Many locations were walking distance. Property has two parking spaces but we only used one of them.We drove to our dinner locations that were mostly just over a mile away. Charleston has many parking garages, so parking was never a problem. We had a great time!

Clean and great location

It was a perfect setup with two master suites. The home was clean and very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying King Street and the surrounding areas. The location is in the heart of the town, so the city noise comes with the perfect location. The property management was very professional and easy to communicate with.

Perfect for two couples

Loved the location and set up of the house. Bathrooms updated nicely and beds comfortable. Parking off street in front of the unit. Only issues were that the heater worked well upstairs but was cold downstairs (it’s an older house so you have to expect that), and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty (we had brought an extra bar of soap so not a real problem). Would recommend the home.
