Come and experience our Southern Hospitality in this circa 200 year old building located in the very heart of historic Charleston!
We implemented a strict cleaning protocol to provide a safe and clean environment for you to enjoy. Our location is second to none! We are immediately across from the City Market, the best location in historic downtown.

This slice of heaven is the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a couple's weekend retreat or a memorable celebration of life. This studio has been especially sought after with honeymooners, guests celebrating their anniversaries, birthdays and engagements and visitors who enjoy the superb location.

The 5 star deluxe studio has been lovingly restored to keep the elegance of yesteryear with all the modern luxuries and conveniences. The studio is charming, well appointed, private (there are only two studios located on separate floors in our building!) and secure (multiple key less entry locks). A custom kitchenette is available in your room with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and utensils. We provide soaps and towels, coffee, water and chocolates! You are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in our queen plush pillow top mattress dressed with 1800 (!) count linens.

Park your car (self-parking at a discounted rate is available in a covered and camera secured garage only one block from the suites) and never get back in it if dining in the many acclaimed restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, antiquing and discovering the splendor and beauty of Charleston is your goal.

Relax on our cozy slate patio or in the sitting area in the foyer, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine, to read a book on Charleston or to catch up on your emails using our free WiFi.

Great tiny lodging in Charleston next to the market

Really cute efficiency in the middle of where it’s all happening in Charleston. Walking distance to the college, too many restaurants to count and more shopping than any husband can endure.

First Visit to Charleston

Super location; did not need our car; plenty of hot water/comfortable bed/clean linens. Overall review is very positive. Negatives: steps up to the unit are a little hard for older folks to navigate; we wound up paying twice for parking on the Cumberland St. ramp (left money in unit per instructions and also had same amount deducted from credit card on file).

Great Charleston Location

Cute and very clean efficiency right in the center of the historical district and markets. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Lots of history, great food, and interesting architecture. A perfect place for two!

Beautiful studio in great location. Studio was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette made it convenient to refrigerate and heat up leftovers. On our last day we got "stuck" in an unusal snow weather event which closed most places down. The studio was very cozy so we didnt didn't mind. Charming Studio

This charming studio on Market Street is clean and comfortable. Location is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. We didn't use our car at all. The directions from the host were very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in Charleston.

What a perfect location to explore all that downtown Charleston has to offer. Literally right across from the old market. Place was clean. Bed super comfortable. Lots of space to put clothes and things away. Great shower. Highly recommend for people traveling alone or as a couple.

The location is great! We were close to several restaurants and shopping and a stones throw from the straw market! The rental was so clean and well decorated. The owners were very quick to respond to all questions. I would definitely recommend this rental! Not one concern or complaint!

Sweet Suite in Downtown Charleston, SC

The location of the suite and the suite itself couldn’t have been better. You are in the heart of Charleston and within walking distance of everything and anything. The suite is well appointed and really comfortable. I was surprised and pleased by how quiet it was considering its location. My wife and I hope to find another time to go back to the property and visit Charleston again.

Great location and very pleasant stay

We had a great vacation in Charleston and absolutely loved the location of this property. It was very well maintained and clean. Its directly across the street from the market and within walking distance to everything. We parked our car in the convenient parking deck and only needed to use it once. The parking card provided was easy to use and instructions were very clear. Overall, we are very satisfied with our choice to stay at this property.
