Great stay and highly recommend. The house was perfect for what we needed. We had plenty of room, it was clean and within walking distance to shopping and dining.
We had an amazing time in Charleston! The house was wonderful. The location made it easy to walk to everywhere, it was clean, beautifully decorated and we had great communication with the management team. We are already planning to return next year!
Neat, clean and nicely decorated with all the supplies and equipment needed. Close to great food, drink and transportation. A little noisy due to proximity to others having a good time.
From the second we landed the communication and accommodations were amazing! The place was walking distance to everything and was so clean and cute. We also loved the day passes to the wonderer and it was the perfect place to relax before flying home!

Property was very clean and neat. Very accommodating. Communication with the host was excellent. Location was a little further out from the battery and waterfront then I expected but was walkable to all main sites in Charleston.
The home was nice and clean and the perfect size for a quick getaway with friends. The location was great too, just a few blocks off from King Street, with a few breakfast places nearby. There is a lot of traffic noise, but didn’t bother us too much being in a city we know it is expected. We enjoyed our stay.
The three floor home allowed for good shared and private space, as we were traveling with our two college aged sons. Very nice marble bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds and we loved the three balconies. The location was very close to excellent restaurants and King Street. We'll be back!
Home was clean and comfortable. This was a sister trip and we were able to each have our own space to relax and then spend time together. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was nice (they need a few more ice trays). Our beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.
We stayed with my best friend, and her husband for 3 nights. We really enjoyed the space, and cleanliness of this rental. It had everything we needed, plus extra things like paper towels and Kleenex. We all felt very comfortable staying there. The location to town was also a huge plus.
The only slight issue we had, was the parking is very tight, which made it a little hard to unload our cars.

Nice, centrally located property. Driveway was nice to have. Clean. Property management returned calls relatively soon. Service charges and other fees were approximately 35% of the total cost and seemed excessive. Also, an abnormally early check out time of 10 am was a bit rushed.

This property worked well for 7 guys on a weekend of golf and dining. With 2 to a bed (3 beds) and a pull out couch. The air conditioning worked, there were 3 different balconies. The bathrooms were beautiful and the showers worked well - equipped with towels, soap, shampoo etc. The location was close to King and either walkable or accessible for a short Uber anywhere we needed to go. We could have used some extra pillows or blanket for the pull out couch but otherwise had what we needed. Thanks for the hospitality.
Clean and conveniently located. Parking for two vehicles was tight but we managed. Recommend placing a hand towel in 1/2 bath downstairs. Customer service was contacted first day requesting batteries for remote control along with the backing to the remote control that was missing plus a new light bulb. Called a second time making same request. The requested items except the backing to the remote were delivered the day before we checked out. Minor issue but would recommend.
Stayed for a friend’s 60th birthday. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little early, which was a bonus! The house is located in a great neighborhood with many dining/drinking options nearby. The living area was comfortable, but seemed to need a deep clean. The kitchen was not as well appointed as we had hoped and seemed to have a mish mash of plates, mugs, etc. there is a drip coffee pot and no Keurig. Having a half bath on the first floor was nice! There are two bedrooms on the second level and they share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a bedroom on the third floor with its own bathroom. Second floor space was good. Third floor, not so much. Again, the space needs to have a deep clean. The carpet was really stained and the patio furniture on the advertised deck was disgusting. I mean not usable. This was pretty disappointing, as the deck is really one of the reasons we rented this house. I did contact the management company and received an apology with a promise to address our concerns…but nothing. In addition, the WiFi didn’t work, there weren’t any working remote controls for the bedroom tv’s. We did get the WiFi working with a new password. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The location of this home made our stay worth it, but without the house being shown some love, I wouldn’t stay here again.
The house is so clean and welcoming! The location was excellent for walking and getting to shops with ease. The host was beyond helpful! When we come back to Charleston, we will stay here!
