Great Location and Great Host!!!! Home was clean and very comfortable. Host is very accommodating and was very good with communication. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Charleston!!!!
We stayed here as a "girlfriend" get together. The location was great. The bedrooms were excellent with the exception of the top floor. The ceilings are slanted so someone short or kids are best suited for that upstairs room. The bedding and beds were very comfortable. Each room has a noise machine which helps as the apartment faces a street. We were 4 women and had adequate space.
We had an amazing stay! The property was perfect and everything was walking distance. Check in was a breeze. The beds were so beyond comfy.
Highly recommend. We can’t wait to stay there again!
Great location, nice details, but very tight for 9 people (and we’re new yorkers, used to small). Living space is teeny. Fine if you’re spending most of your time out of the house.
This house was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette weekend! It was so cute and clean, very close to King street, coffee shops, etc. The property manager responded very quickly and was super nice! Definitely recommend staying here!
Excellent! This place was spotless! We all enjoyed our stay.. We came for the Stevie Nicks concert and enjoyed all that Charleston had to offer! Our place had everything we needed! Thank you!
Enjoyed our stay- within walking distance to downtown. We’re able to have a car & navigate well to nearby attractions. Only comments would be that one of the downstairs window had no lock & shower head downstairs needs a removable handle.
Prime location to all the best restaurants on King Street and neighborhoods surrounding! Home has its own charm. Owner is very nice and having two parking spaces is clutch!
Fair warning, the room on the top floor does not stand very tall so if you have friends that are just over 6 ft tall - give them one of the rooms downstairs :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Revitalized Historical Southern Residence. The only problems are the very small bedrooms, and limited seating.
Also no dinning area and steep stairs.
Otherwise a pleasant experience.
Can’t beat the charm , the clean or the closeness to everything Charleston.
The temperature was completely controllable and the beds super comfortable. I was a bit worried about the smallness of the space but it was actually still quite large and have our group plenty of room to spread out. The porch was wonderful as was the 1st floor bedroom for my grandmother who likes to slip out on the porch in the middle of the night. Would love to stay again !

Downtown Charleston
Great location within walking distance of a family wedding at the William Aiken House and many great restaurants. Parking space for two cars also a great feature. Just what we needed as eight adults and one toddler shared this home for the weekend. Plenty of linens/towels provided. Refrig a bit small but we made it work. Fans augment the air conditioning, and we were quite comfortable in spite of heat & humidity of Memorial Day weekend.

Great for a group of girls that are tight knit. A little tight in space and parking but very clean.
The apartment was so cute. Has everything that you need. Space is tight but that was to be expected. Do not drive a big car! It will fit in the parking lot but you will have to block other cars around you because of the way the spaces are arranged. Fortunately you can walk everywhere in Charleston from here, so once you're parked you really don't have to move your car again. Beds were very comfy. Property manager is very accommodating.

Great Location! Perfect for a girls weekend!
We stayed at this location for a girls weekend and we were extremely satisfied. Maybre was great and made sure that we had all the information we needed and was a text away whenever I had a question! The location is SUPER close to all the King Street bars/restaurants as well as shopping! We had 10 girls in the house and made more than enough sleeping space. While the kitchen was somewhat small it was fine because of all the great food options you dont need a kitchen. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!! Thanks Maybre!
My only two recommendations would maybe be more mirrors (was somewhat tight with ten girls getting ready) and maybe patio chairs to sit out on the porch! However, we still very much enjoyed our stay! :)
The biggest selling points for this property are its perfect location, management team & parking. You're a 5 min walk from King St, ~25 min walk from the French Quarter, just super convenient. The management team was friendly, helpful and professional. Having two parking spaces is a huge bonus given the location & limited parking in that part of the city. The property itself was clean and well kept. It's probably best suited for a party of 8, as the living room is a bit cramped even without the pullout couch extended. All in all, this was a great property for our trip, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Cramped quarters and zero insulation
This place would be great place to stay for certain groups/families at certain times of year, but it wasn't great for us.
The good:
Location is great - close enough to walk to King St. and the market
Parking - if you've never been to Charleston, you don't understand how valuable parking can be. Having off street parking is great. The two spots are very small, but can fit one large SUV or two compact cars.
Quaint - the house is historic and has lots of character
Beds were comfortable, and the place was clean.
The bad:
- We went on one of the coldest weeks Charleston has had, and this place can't keep up with the cold. The main floor was frigid - around 55 degrees, while the outside temps were around 30. Standing next to a window was like standing in front of a freezer with the door open. The middle level where there are 2BRs and 1BA were warm enough as the thermostat was on that level.
- The main level has a living room, kitchenette 1BR and 1.5BA. The living room is large enough for about 5 adults, total. And it's cramped with that many people. Not a great social gathering place.
- The kitchen needs some work. Exposed wiring capped only with wire nuts and a single plug located adjacent the sink. Enough room to plug in the coffee maker or toaster, but not both.
Overall, I'd stay here only if I knew the weather was going to be moderate (60-85 degrees), and with no more than 4 people. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

Charming Charleston home
home was walking distance to the heart of shopping and nightlife; included all needed amenities; parking was great; home, itself, was lovely. Owner responded to all queries within 24 - 48 hours. Would totally recommend.

Great house, but HOT
The house is adorable and was a great size for our group of 9 girls. The location is also ideal- just a block away from king st where there are many restaurants and bars. The only complaint I have is that the AC didn't work well. Charleston in August is HOT so we were uncomfortable. I did call, and someone was sent right away to try to fix it, but unfortunately it did not work. When I got in touch with property managers again, I was told management would be spoken to about a partial refund but then I never heard back.
Otherwise, our stay in charleston was incredible and we would definitely return :)

Just what we needed
Perfect for what we needed. One block off King St and plenty of space for everyone.
