The Space
Spanning the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, this bright and airy condo sleeps up to six guests with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The open-concept living area on the 2nd floor is perfect for gathering, sharing meals, or relaxing after a day in Charleston.

Living & Dining
The cozy living room offers comfortable seating and space to unwind or stream your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area with seating for six, great for group meals or morning coffee.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third offers a king bed, all with ample closet space. The renovated 2nd-floor bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the 3rd-floor bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower combo, perfect for groups.

Rooftop Retreat
Head up to the private 4th-floor rooftop terrace to enjoy fresh air, relax, or unwind under the Charleston sky.

Access & Parking
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the 2nd–4th floors. Daily street parking passes are available for one vehicle, just let us know.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
