Ideal for up to four guests, this inviting home offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, tucked just off Spring Street, a great central location close to downtown’s best spots!

Enter through your private entrance and head up the interior stairs to an open, airy living space that blends dining and lounge areas, making it perfect for relaxing or sharing meals together. The living room features a plush, comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, while the dining table seats four for easy gatherings.

Both bedrooms are located on this level and feature queen-size beds with luxury linens, along with two full bathrooms for added privacy and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking at home, and streaming apps are preloaded so you can easily log in and unwind. Step through the kitchen to enjoy a large private balcony, plus access to a separate, exclusive laundry room.

Please note that this unit does not include off-street parking (the driveway is reserved for Unit A). However, we can provide street parking passes for up to three days for your stay, just let us know beforehand. Parking is free and not ticketed on Sundays and national Holidays!

The unit was spotless and well equipped! The beds and bedding were super comfortable! It is in a great part of town that allows for easy access to historic area (free CARTA bus stop 2 blocks away) many restaurants are also close by. Parking is on the street with a permit that is provided. We had no problems finding a spot right around the corner to park

Great location, nice place!

I stayed here with 2 family members for 2 nights. Very comfortable accommodation Close to restaurants and shopping and a short walk to Columbus Street bus line for a free ride downtown! Parking was great and convenient to the highway. Communication was also good. I would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

Property was perfect for 3 people traveling to Charleston for a wedding. Walking distance to all 3 venues. Great neighborhood with access to restaurants, coffee shops, Italian deli all within a couple of blocks. Recommend bring ear plugs since the street can be a bit noisy late at night, but.highly recommend.

Prime King Street & Spring Street location!

Stay here. Super clean place, comfy cali king bed (didn't try the other), great pillows, fluffly towels, fresh interior with vintage details, nice kitchen. Private front porch & back deck. Best part? King Street & Spring St. boutiques, food, pubs literally seconds out the door. I found on street parking in front using a day pass provided by host, but probably got lucky there. Free shuttle is 1 block away if you've no car. City noises overnight. Quick answers from host & StayDuvet. A

Enjoyed the place. Clean and well equipped. Work has been done but still very dated home. Not flexible on check out but cannot always be. Liked the location but very young and fairly loud at night. Not luxury by any means but totally functional and efficient. Would use again in right situation.
