Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Exceptional historic property, we really enjoyed our stay. The sitting areas and front porch were perfect for hanging out with our friends, the bedrooms were nice in size and very comfortable and it was fantastic having two kitchen areas to house all of our snacks and drinks for the long weekend. Thanks for a wonderful stay, definitely recommend!!

This house is huge, has been upgraded but has a lot of character. The beds were clean and comfortable and our group of 10 enjoyed ourselves and the neighborhood. The location was perfect for walking around for coffee, shopping, and restaurants.

We went to Charleston for our anniversary trip and this place did not disappoint. It was so cute and perfect for us two. Plenty of space and very clean. It was in walking distance to everywhere you want to be. I would stay here again, without a doubt.

We had a girls trip to Charleston and I found this place as we needed 6 bedrooms. We loved it as it had so much room. The bedrooms were beautiful and the bathrooms and kitchens very nicely remodeled. It had two living spaces which was fun. The smaller one was cozier and the large one was cool. We were only bummed that we could not use the wraparound porches because it was too cold. We will recommend this home to our friends.

Fantastic experience. Hosts communicated clearly, easily and were some of the best on VRBO I’ve worked with; very accommodating! The property itself is in a fantastic location within walking distance to so much. The house has Charleston charm to it! It was roomy enough for 11 people with plenty of space to stretch out. It was very clean, nicely appointed, and just lived in enough to not worry about enjoying the property. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for a girls trip that included 11 women. The 2 kitchens made food prep easy. 5 bathrooms were the deal maker! Front porch sitting was very nice. The property manager was very responsive. Extra offsite parking a few blocks down the street was easy to access. I would stay here again.

The house was really pretty amazing. The beds were all comfortable, there was tons of space to spread out. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The only thing I felt like the house was missing was hooks in the bathrooms! This would have made hanging towels and toiletry bags so much easier. (That tells you how good the house was!) The owner was responsive when we messaged about a couple questions, even at 9pm on a Friday night, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay at this property again!

The homes interior is big with tons of Charleston charm bedrooms are huge and beds were very comfy. But the house floor transitions are awful trip hazards .The exterior was a mess ! Obviously it is a very old historic property but it is poorly maintained. Paint /porches/doors and windows. We had a great time and the location is perfect. We absolutely loved our stay at The Inn! We had 3 stories and plenty of room for the kids to play hide and seek! This house is huge and has so much room and charm! I googled the home and it was built in the 1800’s which the kids thought was the coolest thing! The beds were comfy and the place was clean. Literally my only complaint was getting woke up every morning by loud dump trucks gathering trash or traffic. It seems Cannon St is a pretty happening street especially in the morning time. There is a bakery right across the street that has cupcakes and cookies so we enjoyed that. We will definitely stay again! Great experience!

Overall it was a okay stay. However, the property on the outside does not look like the picture. The property needs to be updated, painted, trees and bushes trimmed. We did enjoy the 7 bedrooms and 5 baths. The beds were very comfortable. This allowed enough space for everyone. Also loved a kitchen on each floor. It was hard to park considering we had a 15 passenger van and it was very tight getting in on a side driveway to get to the back area parking spot. The parking spaces on the side of the road were already occupied and didn’t want to park away from the house and have to walk back to the home. The location was fair close enough to several different things. TVs we’re in each room. Kitchen was well equipped and things provided such as towels, rags, soap, shampoo, trash bags, dish detergent and things like that.
