"I LIKED having a lift since I was on the 4th floor. I LIKED the location because it was convenient to bus and Tube stations. I LIKED the area because there were lots of shopping options. The room was larger than most I've stayed in while in London but it looked shoddy. The fridge had only one temperature: icy. Everything froze if left overnite. The bath was clean enough but the shower walls needed retiling. The mattress was old and creaky. I had to request a hair dryer and was told I'd have to...
