"The lower ground floor family rooms beds needed replacing in 1990. Very noisy and my family woke every time one of us turned over. Not to mention the tube is very loud until 2am. "

"Very clean room. Cleaned every day with new towel and plenty of soap. We left dishes in the sink and they were cleaned every day for us. The water was warm and close to the tube and plenty of restaurants."
