"Cleaning staff was superb! The bed linen always looked new and fresh! The room always looks clean after each service. This has not been the case in other hotels we stayed at in Mayfair."

"We spent 3 nights at the Porchester. The staff as very helpful, the room had everything we needed, but the electric points could do with some attention ( some didn’t work, and usb’s would be helpful), the breakfast was basic and could do with a bit more imagination. Finally the location is excellent with easy access to the city and lovely walks in Kensington Gardens"

"My room never got cleaned. There was only one bath towel and I had to ask for more. No water in the room when I arrived. Not enough lockers to leave your things. Elevators always seemed to have an issue. The room was extremely small. "

"Hotel itself was clean…but the rooms were tiny. They don’t provide wash clothes to bathe with, I’m Not sure if that’s just a London thing or not. The room had no iron. Or space to put out belongings"

"After an 11 hour plane ride, they let us into the room before standard check in time. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, fresh and great variety. Will be happy to stay there again. Well situated in a good neighborhood."
