"room was tiny, and the TV was so close to the end of the bed that you could barely fit between the bed and the wall. Good location. Never charged to store luggage before check in at other hotels. "

"First night we were put in the ground floor room. Whole night couldn't sleep as the ground shook every time the underground trains moved. Second night we were moved into a first floor room and new problem awaiting, the stench of sewage pipes permeate the room as soon as we opened the bathroom door. We complained to the front desk but they simply turned on the extractor fan, which only helped a little. Obviously the noise of the extractor fan is bad too, and we spent whole night feeling like we have fell into a sewage!"

"Clean room, great pool and sauna, fantastic breakfast with lots of choices, helpful and attentive staff. Honestly good value for the money and a quick stroll to the train station, and short walk to Kensington gardens. Lots of places near the hotel to eat or shop at if you don't feel like walking far. FYI:My taxi couldn't initially figure out how to drop me near door since blocked off, but when he rang the bell it was easy to drive up and drop off. "

"Single room - very small but good for one night. Had all amenities needed - tea/coffee biscuits etc. safe. Full length window. Excellent shower Very clean room. "

"The rooms were "OK" no frills. The hotel is lacking in proper maintenance. Door handles loss, lack of hot water for showers. The room attendants made the beds but didn't always take out the trash. They also didn't swap out or clean the mugs and glasses that were in the room. The staff was really nice and accommodating as much as they could be. The location of the hotel was fine. "
