"I gave the overall a 1 star because it’s impossible to get hold of anyone via the switchboard or contact page on their website to get an invoice for my stay. The hotel, rooms and staff are and is really good but the contacts and communication side with the online and switchboard is terrible. "

"Parking directly in front of the hotel. Pleasant lobby. Friendly reception staff on check-in. Room was small but did the job. Was nicely decorated albeit looked a bit dated. Restaurant staff were polite and helpful. The food was nice. And I’d travelled on my birthday and they’d added a few treats in the hotel room. Would definitely stay again if it were to visit London."

"Rooms were small, clean but well appointed. Shower enclosure was tiny but bathrooms were also small. Staff were ok, but kept getting 2 rooms booked mixed up. Worst aspect was that the AC keeps you awake all night. Not ideal. "
