"The breakfast was relatively cheap compared to popping into a coffee shop. The happy hour was a great price, £7 for a double G&T and the bar area is really lovely. The decor as others had mentioned was dated but it was all very clean and the location was excellent. Given its history as a favorite hotel for rock stars I highly recommend the owners play this up a bit. Maybe modernize the decor and have posters for concerts and albums of bands and artists that have stayed there. Overall for the price it was an excellent deal and I’d recommend staying there."
