"Was a little concerned when directed to the basement and through a canteen, but the room was clean and bright despite being below ground level. Excellent location, close to Paddington Station and we were able to check in early and leave bags before heading into London. Only 15 minutes to the Queensway with a huge variety of eating places and two tubes. Hyde Park was closed by too."
