"Room comfortable and the en-suite had a bath. I dislike showers, so this was a big plus for me. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I have an essential tremor of my hands, and the breakfast manager kindly carried my cup to my table for me. Much appreciated. Drinks machine does excellent hot chocolate too."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently polite and friendly, and the rooms are always spotless. It’s always an enjoyable experience, and although this visit was only for one night, I hope to stay longer next time."

" My room was quiet and conveniently located near the park, which made the stay very pleasant. While the hotel doesn’t offer full dining options - a detail I unfortunately misunderstood - they do provide a breakfast service, and for other meals you’ll need to dine out or use online or local delivery services. The hotel makes this very easy by offering a selection of local delivery options online and everything I ordered arrived quickly, so the location works well for that purpose. Under normal circumstances I would have enjoyed dining out, as there are plenty of great places close by, but I was visiting for a medical procedure and needed in-room dining this time. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, and the room itself was a good size and very comfortable. For the purpose of my trip it was an ideal setup and I will visit again when I'm next in this part of a London. "

"Beautiful Victorian style building but with elevators! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with our luggages. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops! Healthy breakfast menu is a plus!"
