"Really nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of hot water and heat. Rooms are small and you can hear people outside but that didn’t bother us. The neighborhood is beautiful and near all public transportation, and it’s near nice restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. A really nice surprise with the cleanliness and kind staff (cleaners & front desk). "

"Staff are amazing, accomodating and helpful. Location is unbeatable for central London. Rooms are great but could use a little upgrade. Mattress had a little dip where it had been used over time. Also found it odd that they didnt supply amenities like a toothbrush, cotton and no slippers or robe. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book there again."

"The Westbourne Hyde Park was ideal! Just a couple minutes from the park, lots of restaurants, and super close to Paddington Station. The staff were so friendly, warm, and helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!!"
