The hotel was very nice, modern, clean. The room was great, spacious with nice bathroom. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, Mr.Bhakar was especially nice to us. Location is greqt too!

Check in was straight forward, location was good - close to the tube station, and Hyde park. It was a little tricky to find a nice looking restaurant within 10 mins walking distance, but that's personal taste. The hotel is located on a lovely tradition street which was nice, and the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable, good sized bathroom and it was all clean too. The common area downstairs was ok, but some updating/modernization would be great, especially to the hall ways, a little bar or somewhere for cold drinks and snacks would be nice too. This would make it 4 star. Overall a nice stay.

Hotel was nice, shower was great, beds were comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast only because we wanted to eat in the city. Close walk to Hyde Park and the Paddington station. Overall, very good for our two nights there.

Anyone with a back problem, the mattress will get to you. Sinks in. Esp if you sleep on it over a couple of days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Found it clean for the price.
