"Multi-generation family holiday in London and our stay was great! The levels gave everyone some degree of privacy, it was bright, clean and incredibly comfortable. Lynn checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everyone was ok — very much appreciated! And the location was incredible! We spent most of our time walking to our locations given it was in the middle of everything yet so quiet at night! Loved all of it!"

"This was a perfect apartment for my family. It had 4 bedrooms on 3 levels. One of the teenagers stayed in the apartment and felt so grown up having her own kitchen. It was next door to Boroughs Market so everyone could choose their own food. Public transportation was only a block away. Overall, this was a great experience."

"What a gift this stay was! The property manager and owner were incredible - quick to respond, lots of information and so accommodating. We were greeted with fresh flowers for the bride and groom with a lovely card; a basket of staples including bread, wine, pasta with milk and butter in the refrigerator. Five sets of keys; everything we needed for the 1 year old; a grocery trolley; a full-on espresso machine... It was absolutely the perfect setting for this US family of 8 adults traveling across...

"Loved the location. It’s a small place but good for three of us. Tas was very helpful and communicative. The neighbors are so loud though that I had to close my windows at night and it was too nice out to want to do that. Could use more and better towels. Also could use an explanation of how to use the laundry washer/dryer. Water pressure lacked when shower going and other water in use. Those are all minor though. We did enjoy the home."

"We arrived to this charming neighborhood a bit early before our check-in time. The host allowed us to drop our bags until cleaning was complete. It gave us a couple of hours to wander around and explore the neighborhood. There are lots of charming restaurants, shops and a park all within walking distance. "My family of four (two teens) stayed for four nights. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Nice living room area to unwind after a day out. Comfortable sleeping spaces (two of which are lower level with one having a bit of a damp smell) with nice clean linens. Host was quick with responses and great at communication in general. Location is great. Easy walk to coffee shops, pubs and a Tesco as well. Would book again."

"We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....

"This home was a brilliant base for our London adventures; I would love to stay here again. The collections and original character were a fun and unique backdrop as we explored the city. The neighborhood is not touristy, but feels like a comfortable lived-in block; we loved the convenience of Gails, Caravan, and the other restaurants and shops a block away at Exmouth market. "Piccadilly Circus was extremely convenient to get everywhere but the street was extremely loud at all hours of the night. My family did not get a decent night sleep any of the four days. Laundry from a previous stay was in the entry way our entire stay and the overall flat was in just ok condition. We never did use the wash facilities due to an issue which changed our plans in terms of laundry. I might stay in the area next time but try a different flat"

"We were really impressed with the facilities offered at the Bermonds Locke. The room is well equiped for a short or longer stay and provides kitchenette, laundry mashine and even a yoga mat ! Beautiful space. The area is trendy and has a great vibe."

"The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was large with lots of shelves. Having a washer & dryer was very handy. Hotel was quiet. Location was close to the Tube and restaurants. There’s a cafe in the lobby where you can get excellent espresso drinks & pastries. We would stay there again. "
