"These are very nice apartments with a kitchenette, pleasant shower, and comfortable bed. We got an apartment with a sofa bed since we were with my daughter. Enough room for the three of us. The reception was nice and they offered to store our luggage. However, they did ask for a fairly hefty fee if we wanted to check-in early. They also booked us a cab to Heathrow. "The apartment was quiet and convenient. I could prepare simple meals there and didn't have to eat out for every meal. Water coming out of bathtub faucet at a trickle, and there are no drawers anywhere for storing things. Biggest plus was use of gym nearby."

"Very clean and in a great spot in the city. Beautiful windows, lots of light. I enjoyed staying here, it felt safe and bright. My only complaint is that when the people upstairs use the water there is a loud shrieking that can wake you up at night or disturb anything you’re doing. Otherwise a great place to stay"

"The place is close to a sainsbury and also the Chancery and Holborn tube stations. We liked the location a lot. The amenities of the hotel were great and we used the laundry machine which did a great job. The only negative thing was the bathroom door is a pocket door and not soundproof at all so you could hear everything when someone was in there. If alone 10/10, if with a friend 7/10. "
