First day - lock pin didn’t work and no cold water for some time Second day - no water so toilet flush didn’t work until early evening almost 12-15 hours with no water. no water in the hotel for basically the whole weekend we stayed there -when we contacted customer service to complain we could not shower or use the toilet we were met with a single emoji in response and nothing else! we had to follow up again to ask what was going on. going in the room was very clean, but as a basic and casual hotel for somewhere to sleep and freshen up, we didn’t even get to do that. and little details seem to be missed in the rooms -nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, few plugs available, lighting was very dim. even the lobby area where you can relax is eerily quiet -this hotel has no atmosphere or charm.
