"Great location, clean room, nice property, many restaurant and shopping options."

"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "

"The staff gave wonderful dinner recommendations. Loved how quiet it was in our room. The breakfast was worth the price as it was especially good. A lot of variety and all fresh and well made. "
