"This is NO 4 Star Hotel! It is a 2.5 at best! I booked this hotel based on the information on Hotels.com and their website, and I'm not impressed. Smallest rooms I have ever been in, stains on my carpets, and bathrooms little bigger then the one on the plane I had just gotten off of. First room the safe did not work and the bathroom was ridiculously small, I complained and was moved. The female desk person was very aggressive about this and not very nice, telling me that the size of the rooms is on their site, its not. Second room was little better in size. You had to wedge yourself between the tub and toilet to close the door. Horrible sewer smell in the bathroom, when I complained they kept pretending that they didn't understand me. The housekeeping surpervisor came to see me and when I came back they must have poured something down the drains to get rid of the disgusting smell. No laundry service! There is a laundrymat 2.5 blocks away, nothing to do with hotel. Stains on the chairs in the lobby. No newspapers in the lobby.Says it has bar/restaurant, it is only open for breakfast 7-10 and for afternoon tea, it was not open any other time for my whole 2 week stay. No concierge! Hot water would go on and off while in the shower. The "Double Bed" was actually 2 single beds pushed together! In the night I would find my arm or leg stuck in the space between the 2! No first aid kit either. All around not a great stay and certainly NOT a 4 star anything let alone a 4 Star Hotel. "

"Mini fridge had food in it from previous guest when we arrived. We asked to have it removed and cleaned out, this was not done. We had to remove the food ourselves. Beds not comfortable. "
